ACTIVLAB BCAA Xtra Instant contains branched chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine) and glutamine. Glutamine is a prevalent "source of nitrogen” for the biochemical processes occurring within the body. The BCAA Xtra Instant is recommended during any excessive physical effort as a support in improving overall quality of strength training and regular recreation.

 

One portion (10g) of ACTIVLAB BCAA Xtra contains as many as 5g of branched-chain amino acids in the optimal ratio (2:1:1). The effect of the nutrient is additionally intensified by L-glutamine - an amino acid important to protein biosynthesis, and also intensifying muscle strength and resistance.

Ingredients: L-glutamine; L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine (contain soya); acidity regulators: citric acid and sodium citrate, colourant: ammonia caramel (cola flavour), flavour, sweeteners: acesulfame K and sucralose, quinoline yellow (lemon, orange, pear flavour), sunset yellow (grapefruit, orange, kiwi and pistachios with lychee flavour), cochineal red (grapefruit, cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry, strawberry and watermelon flavour) – may adversely affect children’s activity and concentration, brilliant blue (blackcurrant, blueberry, kiwi and pistachios with lychee flavour). May contain derivatives of: cereals containing gluten, milk.

  

Dissolve by shaking 10g of the product (1 scoop) in a glass bottle with 250ml of water. On training days: one portion of 10g – about 30 min. before training and 10g after training. On non–training days: one portion of 10g – about 30 min. before a meal
