SALE PRICE--this was a customer return.  They never assembled it as it had some dirt or scuff marks in the white just under where the wings attach.  See photos.  However the item was returned with no outer packaging so the package the spinner comes in is ruined.  It has stickers on it, dirty and ripped.  The spinner will be shipped in it's package though.  Otherwise this is a brand new spinner.
