The XPRO Monopod Aluminium 4-section with Fluid Video Head is a professional full fluid video monopod made to satisfy videographers who leverage the height of their monopod to get above crowds and to achieve a wide range of shooting angles.
These state-of-the-art Manfrotto legs have inherited the perfect combination of rigidity and locking safety of professional tripod ranges, like the 190 collection and 055 collection.

This monopod is equipped with Manfrotto?s full fluid base (MVMXPROBASE) featuring the innovative FLUIDTECH system that makes Manfrotto XPRO Monopod+ the first of its kind on the market to feature 3D fluidity. The FLUIDTECH video base enables the ultimate shooting smoothness on pan, tilt and swivel for an expanded range of perspectives. The three retractable feet make it extremely portable when folded and allow the monopod to be easily carried everywhere.

The new D-shaped aluminium tubes greatly improve anti-rotation resistance throughout the monopod, following the videographer?s rapid rotation movements. Combined with the Quick Power Lock (QPL) which strongly locks the lever onto the monopod tube?s flat side, this eliminates unwanted jerky movements. The newly designed leg warmer guarantees exceptional grip and full footage control with a special version of the successful Manfrotto 500 video head

The MVMXPRO500 exploits the MVH500AH?s powerful counterbalance system for managing heavier equipment such as interchangeable lens cameras, with a wider platform to support HDSLR bodies. It is extra-lightweight and compact, so you won?t even notice it?s in your kit bag, but you can always rely on it to carry up to an impressive 5kgs, blending strength with portability. The combination of fluidity provided by both the 500 head and the FLUIDTECH base make this the perfect kit for demanding videographers who need clever, fast-to-set-up and easy to use support for their professional video footage. The camera quickly slots in from above thanks to the accessible side lock system (rather than a lock on the back) and it?s so secure there is no need for a secondary lock.
The MVMXPRO500 has one Easy Link 3/8? connector to fit an external monitor or other accessories and it comes with the Manfrotto 500PLONG video camera plate.

ORDER DISPATCH

DELIVERY, COURIER AND CARRIER

Most of our deliveries will be made by Australian Post via Registered Post. Express Post or Courier can be arranged upon request with additional charges. We do not accept any order of delivery to P.O. Boxes for courier deliveries.

While we make every effort to deliver within our estimated process and dispatch times, all timeframes are indicative only. In particular, deliveries outside of major cities and towns in Australia or during the holidays may take longer than the indicative timeframes, or delays with our carriers that are out of our control. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery nor will we accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Please carefully inspect your goods when they arrive. If for some reason the item arrives in a damaged state, and/or dead on arrival, please contact us straight away with your order number.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAME AND COST


AUSPOST ePARCEL : Most products will be delivered via Australia Post eParcel 3 - 7 days regular services once payment is received. You may choose eParcel EXPRESS service for faster 2-3 days delivery. Our daily order cut off time is 11am as Aust Post truck pick up parcels from our store at 12pm.

ROAD COURIER : This is not a same day nor next day delivery. Road courier is for over 1m long or over 20Kgs large items, such as paper rolls, background kit, large boom light stands, lighting kit, large umbrella/Softbox, ceiling track system, large tripod kits, large trolley case or dry cabinets. It will take 3-7 days for delivery to major city & regional areas in NSW, VIC & QLD. Surcharges and longer delivery lead time 1-2 weeks may apply to northern QLD, NT, WA, SA and TAS.

For any urgent delivery, you may organize your own courier to come and pick up for immediate delivery. Please choose the Click & Collect at check out and email us with any courier labels to attach onto your goods.

CLICK & COLLECT : You are welcome to pick up your orders from our store in Ashfield 2131. Click & Collect is a free service and we do not charge any shipping fees for pickup.

INSURANCE

Photo-Shop-Studio insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (eg. a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Photo-Shop-Studio and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All prices listed on Photo-Shop-Studio's website are inclusive of GST unless indicated otherwise. GST is a Goods and Services Tax which is set at 10% (ten percent). All orders made in Australia are subject to GST.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

As we are a retail store, we have a variety of methods available. All payments made online will have the payment method ecrypted and protected by the following merchants, as well as our SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Certificate which ensures your data and information sent to us over the Internet is protected and encrypted. To see that SSL is available, there will be a padlock icon at the top of the browser in the address bar.

  • Cash
    We accept cash payments in-store. We are unfortunately unable to deliver cash on delivery (COD).

  • EFTPOS
    We accept EFTPOS (savings/cheque) in-store.

  • Credit Card
    We accept major credit and debit cards Visa and MasterCard as well as American Express (American Express will incur a surcharge of 2%).

If you choose to pay by credit card on Photo-Shop-Studio online shopping, you have two options: PayPal or eWay. Both methods are safe and will encrypt your card details so we do not know your card details. Please note that with PayPal you may need to verify your card details with PayPal before you can start using your card to pay.

We are also able to accept credit card over the phone for phone orders or those who choose to pay via this method. We do not keep your card details in any written form.


  • Direct Bank Deposit/ Electronic Bank Transfer
    For bank deposit orders, our banking details will be shown during the checkout/ confirmation process. If you require our banking details to make a payment, please contact us.

  • Cheque
    We accept draft cheques for bulk orders from institutions. Please ask us more about this payment method.

  • PayPal
    We accept PayPal payments. If you require an item urgently, we suggest you call us and pay via credit card over the phone as this is the most instant way to pay and for us to process your order.

If you require a tax invoice, please contact us and we can send a digital copy. All our stock is located in our Sydney store (Ashfield, NSW) which also serves a retail shop, warehouse and showroom for those who are looking to view and purchase products physically.

For Store pick up orders our team will message you once the payment has been fully cleared with our store details ,

Our service hours are between Monday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

& Warranty

Warranty

For items delivered by courier such as backdrop vinyl, paper or dry cabinets, any form of damage must be reported and documented (in photographs) within 24 hours of receipt for any warranty claim to take place. This is due to strict time frames for insurance claims that are beyond our control. Failure to comply with this condition will result in no warranty claim due to the inability to establish exact cause of damage.

Eligible items electronic in nature and with moving parts are covered by a limited 1 year warranty. Warranty does not cover including but not limited to fabrics, textiles, papers, cards, plastics.
This limited 1 year warranty is claimable via Photo-Shop-Studio upon presentation of a receipt/ proof of purchase matching the item and showing the purchase date. Items purchased outside of the 1 year bracket or items without proof of date of purchase and need repair will incur a repair charge as required.
Changing a product (meaning it has been modified or altered from the original state of purchase eg. cutting, welding, electronic modifications) voids this warranty.

This limited 1 year warranty covers manufacturing defects only during normal usage or items "dead on arrival". This warranty is not to be considered "like insurance" and does not cover including but not limited to damages incurred from wear and tear, damage via transit or postage (where insurance is not paid for - this is an insurance claim that will need to be submitted to the transport carrier), accidental damage via misuse, accident, environment/ natural causes, electrical surges, incorrect usage (for example inserting something in the wrong way, overloading or overusing beyond maximum limits), gravity and force. Photo-Shop-Studio recommends our customers to fully insure their equipment with an insurance company should they be concerned about the previously stated causes of damage.

Photo-Shop-Studio reserves the final decision in regards to repairs. At Photo-Shop-Studio's discretion a repair service will be offered and available for all claims under warranty. All claims are to be submitted to Photo-Shop-Studio in writing via email, and our customer service team will respond to your claim accordingly.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Photo-Shop-Studio warrant that any product sold by us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the invoice/receipt date (which must be presented upon claiming warranty), or such longer period as may be offered by us in any particular case. Warranty on goods varies depending on the product and the manufacturer. We will handle warranty claims but the actual warranty is provided by the manufacturer and all decisions regarding misuse and voided warranties are entirely up to the manufacturer. Please note that all warranty claims and returns must be accompanied by a valid invoice/receipt.

If any defects in materials or workmanship in a product we have sold are identified and notified to us within the specified warranty period then we will, at our option, either repair or replace the product. Goods return is at the discretion of Photo-Shop-Studio and may not be returned without prior arrangement. Our liability under this warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials, and was not caused by other factors, or circumstances including (but not limited to) accidental or malicious damage, alteration or modification, defective installation, maintenance or repair of the product in a manner not recommended by the manufacturers. No claim will be admitted if the product has not been used and maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer?s instructions. In no circumstances Photo-Shop-studio are liable for special, indirect or consequential loss or damages due to defective products.

If any item is returned to us by post for manufacturer defects and the claim is subsequently found to be false or wrong, postage for the return of goods shall be borne by the customer and must be paid for before the item is returned.

Returns

RETURNS POLICY

You may return the faulty item with manufacturer's defect for replacement or refund within 7 days from date of purchase. We cannot accept the return of any non-faulty items under any circumstance, in particular to all cameras, lenses, memory cards, monitors, microphones or electronic items.

We are not obliged to refund nor accept returns for incorrect choice of purchase of change of mind. We may agree to exchange incorrectly ordered items if the package has never been opened or used. 15% restocking fee will apply for exchanges. No refund will be issued for freight, postage or insurance costs.

You will incur the original delivery charge, the cost of returning the product to us plus the new delivery charge for exchange.

At our option, we will either refund you the balance amount with a store credit or exchange the product of equivalent value. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately protected and packed for the return transit. Please ensure that you enclose your original invoice/receipt with all returned product(s). Please allow 1-2 weeks for the exchanged item from the time we have received your returned goods.
