These are used for "anti-turtling", but we all know from experience that they do not last as long as we'd like them to. This doesn't mean they aren't awesome while they last! They make for great clamp cushions, can be used for pumping, vac hanging/extending, and are excellent for post workout elongation for healing in an elongated state.

Before using, be sure to rid your skin of oils by washing with a mild soap solution. When not in use, store in a Ziploc bag with some cornstarch or talc powder. This will extend their life and allow for a better grip.
