This punch is in nice condition. Made by C.S. Osborne USA. 1969. It is a 1/4" arch punch. The punch comes in it's original box with dated paperwork. The box is in good condition with one 1 1/2" split on the top edge of the lid and a cover paper tear on the bottom half side. It also has the original price sticker on the lid.
