Shipping and Handling: Shipping cost is ONLY for United States. We do not ship International. We Do Not combine shipping, insurance is always included if minimum 2 items are won or purchased within the same week (Monday through Friday only) and were paid in 1 transaction. We normally use USPS Priority Mail to mail our items and UPS Ground for bulk orders.
