• MOTHA JELLY WITH FRUIT

Requires ingredients - 

1 pkt Motha Jelly Crystals (your favorite flavor)
450 ml boiling water
Your choice of fresh fruit pieces (avoid pineapple)

How to prepare - 

Dissolve the packet of Motha Jelly Crystals in boiling water (450 ml). Pour sufficient quantity of this to cover bottom of jelly mold and leave to set in refrigerator. When ready, take out of refrigerator arrange fresh fruit pieces on top, pour the remaining jelly over the fruit and allow to set. When fully set, turn out onto a dish and serve. Serve with Custard for greater enjoyment.

• MOTHA CUSTARD JELLY

Requires ingredients - 

1 pkt Motha Jelly Crystals (your favorite flavor)
1 cup (250 ml) boiling water.
1 cup (250ml) Custard

How to prepare - 

Dissolve the packet of Motha Jelly Crystals in 1 cup (250 ml) of boiling water and allow to set in refrigerator. When partially set, beat until thick and creamy. Add 1 cup (250 ml) of Custard made according to directions on the pack. Allow to set in refrigerator and serve.

• MOTHA JELLIED YOGHURT

Requires ingredients - 

1 pkt Motha Jelly Crystals (your favorite flavor)
450 ml boiling water
1 cup (80 ml) yoghurt

How to prepare - 

Make one packet of Motha Jelly according to directions on pack and place in refrigerator. When partially set, beat until thick and creamy. Add the yoghurt, whip again, refrigerate until set and serve.

• MOTHA JEWEL JELLY DESSERT

Requires ingredients - 

3 or more packets of Motha Jelly Crystals of different colors
100 g sugar
15 g Motha Gelatine
300 ml hot milk (use 5 heaped tablespoons of full cream milk powder to make the milk)

How to prepare - 

Make the Jelly of different colors separately and pour into different rectangle molds to set. Mix the gelatin with sugar and dissolve it in the hot milk (300 ml) and allow to cool. When the Jelly is set cut into small cubes of different colors and put into a transparent bowl. Pour the cold milk onto the Jelly cubes. Refrigerate and serve.
