10/10 close to new condition, however the item may have some hardly seen evidences of it’s age;
9/10 excellent condition but few slight cosmetic imperfections are there;
8/10 excellent condition with many slight cosmetic imperfections;
7/10 very good condition with normal wear;
6/10 overall good condition with normal wear;
5/10 neither good nor bad cosmetic condition with clearly seen signs of wear and imperfections on the most of parts;
4/10, 3/10, 2/10 – these ratings are applied to rate strongly worn items;
1/10 very poor cosmetic condition, all parts show serious cosmetic damages, dust, rust, thermal or chemical damage.
Cleaning marks on glass: Minimal
Minimal – no marks at all or few hardly seen marks;
Normal – Some cleaning marks can be seen having a good look at the glass, as usually on the most of used lenses;
Much – The glass is covered by cleaning marks, but the lens provides good image and it can be focused to the test object without difficulties.
