Delivery Times:
All goods are dispatched either by Royal Mail, City Link, Yodel, TNT, and Parcel Force; they normally carry an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days sometimes even faster. However occasional unforeseen delays result in us requesting you to allow more time for your delivery. If the goods have not arrived in time, please contact us and we can help!
Non-Delivery:
Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delivery delays. Please remember this is usually down to the Deliver Company, NOT US. We recommend that you ask your local postal sorting office if they have already tried to deliver it (even if they didn't leave a card) and ask your neighbours if the package has been left with them. You should also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct. If your order hasn't arrived seven days after the item shipped date, and it has not been left with your neighbours or at the sorting office then please contact us and we'll do our best to locate it. Please note you must contact us within 21 days of the item shipped date otherwise we will be unable to help. Items posted overseas are not classed as lost till 20 working days from postage date has past.
We accept returns. You can return your order any time within 30 days, which begins the day after you receive your item, providing it is returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Original delivery costs will always be refunded if the order is cancelled within 7 working days of receipt of goods. We will always refund the price of the goods in full, however you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.Unwanted items are returned at buyers own cost and no P&P will be refunded; this does not affect you statutory wrights..
PayPal is our preferred payment but we can also accept card payments over the phone and cash/card on collection. No other payments are accepted. Once the item is paid for, we try to dispatch the same or next day. But please note we do have a 1 day handling time.
