This is an 12 inch long tin battery-operated Super Mixer Cement Mixer made in Japan in the 1950s or 1960s. by Modern Toys. The tires are rubber. The toy is in very good to excellent condition.  The toy takes two D batteries. The battery box is clean, not rusted.  It was tested ands it does not work.   See the above condition report as well as the photos.   It will be shipped for $25 via UPS or USPS.
