Attention - Installation

 

  1. We recommend that an experienced technician install the products.

  2. Read through the instructions before installing the product.

  3. Thread locking compound should be used on all the bolts. Unless it is specified.

  4. After installing the lift kit, the vehicle handling characteristics will change. Be cautious when operating your vehicle.

 

Preparations:


  1. Secure the ATV so that it does not roll during the installation process. Using a jack and jack-stands, or other suitable equipment to lift the vehicle up.

  2. Starting with any of the four shocks, remove the lower then upper shock mounting bolts, followed by the shock assembly itself.

  3. Using a spring compressor compress the shock spring to remove the retaining plate.

  4. Install one of the spring spacers on the top of the spring coil. Reinstall the retaining plate, it may be necessary to compressor from the spring further in order to reinstall the shock plate.

  5. Remove the spring compressor from the shock assembly and reinstall the shock on the vehicle. Repeat the spring compressor from the shock, make sure all bolts are tight according to factory specification.
