Vintage original 8x10 in. British double-weight semi-glossy photograph from the classic 1950's musical western comedy/romance, ANNIE GET YOUR GUN, released in 1950 by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) and directed by George Sidney and Busby Berkeley (uncredited). Based upon the musical book by Herbert and Dorothy Fields, the story is very loosely based on the love story of Annie Oakley (Betty Hutton) and Frank Butler (Howard Keel) who meet at a shooting match as Annie joins Butler in Col. Cody's Wild West Show. They tour the world, performing before Royalty as well as the public at large. The cast includes Louis Calhern, J. Carrol Naish, Edward Arnold, and Keenan Wynn.

The image depicts a publicity shot of Annie Oakley (Betty Hutton), wearing a black western outfit with matching boots and hat, seated atop a stage coach advertising Col. Cody's Wild West Show as (presumably) she sings a song. It is unrestored in fine condition with random amount of wear on the corners; two tiny nicks on the edge of the left border; and some very small scratches which are unobtrusive. There are no pinholes, tears, stains, or other flaws and the image quality is razor-sharp with very fine detail and beautiful contrast.
