Chris Drury is the first player in history to win both the Hobey Baker Award (Boston College) and the Calder Trophy as the NHL's top rookie in 1998-1999 with Colorado. Ofter referred to as the best clutch player in the NHL. Played for the U.S. in the 2002 and 2006 Winter Olympics. He won the Stanley Cup with the Colorado Avalanche in 2000-2001. Rob Blake was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in 1988. He was captain with the Kings for 5 years and traded to the Colorado Avalanche in 2001. With the Avalanche he won the Stanley Cup in 2001. He retired and went to the Los Angeles Kings where he again won the Stanley Cup as a member of their front office in 2014. Currently their Assistant General Manager. He was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2014. He played for team Canada at the Winter Olympics in 1998, 2002 and 2006, winning gold in 2002. He was the 11th member of the triple gold club. The triple gold club contains members who have won gold in the Olympics and World Championships and have also won a Stanley Cup. Patrick Roy has won 4 Stanley Cups, two with Montreal and two with Colorado. He is the only player in history to win the Conn Smythe Trophy (MVP) in the Stanley Cup Playoffs 3 times. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2006. He is currently the Head Coach and V.P. Hockey Operations for the Avalanche.Adam Foote was drafted by the Quebec Nordiques 22nd overall in the 1989 NHL entry draft. He went on to win two Stanley Cups with the Colorado Avalanche in 1996 and 2001. Foote won a Gold Medal with team Canada in the 2002 Winter Olympics and World Cup Championship in 2004.
