When returning an item the item must be returned in the same condition it was received in, if it was still sealed, it must still be sealed when returned. Item must also be well packed and returned using Tracked shipping, this protects you as a buyer and me as a seller in the event of the item being lost in transit.
I advertise all my goods as honestly and to the best of my knowledge as possible, I am not an expert in any particular items and therefore may not include the correct information in all my listings due to not knowing everything about all items.
I also use all of my own pictures and not the eBay stock pictures, so what you see is what you will receive if you purchase the item. Where more than one is available I will only photograph one of the items but all will be in the same or better condition than the one in the photo (for instance if I have a quantity of stock with box damage). Please look at the pictures carefully, some of my new items may have box damage which is not stated above. I will do my best to take pictures that will allow you to be able to see this.
This is not my full-time job but I will aim to ship items out the next day after payment is received using a Tracked Royal Mail Signed for service (UK only), or sometimes a courier of my choice (UK only). Please note on items where free shipping is offered the free shipping is for UK mainland only, if you live outside this area please contact me to see if I can arrange shipping to your location at your expense.
For larger or heavier items, I may use a courier of my choice for shipping if this is more cost effective than royal mail.
