Description

Old original Carl AUBOCK
5 hand-blown glasses + pitcher / jug

Please note: Shipping in times of the pandemic is delayed. Especially USA / Canada takes much longer. Europe and Asia is not that much delayed. But it can also occur that a country is blocked from regular shipping for a few weeks. Express shipping is recommend for the USA / Canada as regular shipping can take 5-10 weeks. Costs are e.g. 120 USD. If you have any questions about shipping, just contact me.

We are offering this old and original Auböck set of 5 glasses and a pitcher. It is authentic and old production from the 1950s - 70s.

Such and similar Auböck sets are offered (and also sold!) on 1stdibs in the price range of 1300-2000 USD! Please check yourself.

The condition is excellent! I cannot tell if it was ever in use. Hardly any signs of use. Please see pics and judge yourself. The leather is original and in very good condition. The edges of the glasses show 2-3 ultra-tiny imperfections that were not caused by use, but happened while the edges have been cut/polished (especially as some are on the inside).

Also the bamboo mixer is in mint condition and shows the minimal amount of usage of the set.

The set was handmade in Austria in the Auböck workshop (Vienna, Bernardgasse) in the 1950s-70s. The pitcher measures 14x11.5cm (5.6"x4.6"). A glass measures 9.5x5.5cm.

Please see my other listings as I offer many beautiful objects from the Auböck Workshop!!

Shipping

Worldwide shipping were possible! I combine shipping costs!

I am located in Vienna, Austria, EU and ship from here. Although all parcels go by airmail, sometimes it can take a bit longer than expected. An average parcel, e.g. to the USA, takes about 10-14 business days to arrive. Sometimes it can also take 3-4 weeks. There are customs and security checks involved that sometimes delay the shipment.

Especially smaller parcels (up to 1kg), get in many cases upgraded at my costs to priority parcel mail (depends on the weight and destination). Still there is no guaranteed shipping time.

Carriers I use are the Austrian Post and sometimes smaller carriers like Hermes and GLS. In your country the parcels will be delivered with a local carrier (e.g. USPS in the USA).
