This purple tulip ornament is handmade from vitrified stoneware clay and is inlaid with glass. It is glazed so it is frost proof and waterproof, therefore ideal both for inside, or out in the garden as an "everlasting" flower.

As I hope you will see, all of our items are made to original designs and using techniques particular to this small Poole based studio, no casting is used and no moulds, purely hand building.

The flower has a hole drilled into the stem for a pea stick (10" stick provided) to be pushed in so it will stand up in soil, oasis block or a drilled piece of wood, alternatively it can have a hanger attached to hang on a wall.
