STUNNING VINTAGE FRENCH DAUM CRYSTAL FIGURINE
Presenting an exquisite vintage French crystal trumpeting elephant figurine / sculpture masterfully hand crafted and signed by the quality makers, Daum, France. Unfortunately this impressive figurine has suffered a slight accident and is presented in as found condition with a small shallow chip and internal bruise to the left ear. This dazzling crystal piece still presents exceptionally well and would make a fine addition to any Daum collection.
This stunning example has been masterfully hand crafted in dazzling solid crystal with the most exquisite clarity and intense sparkle. The crystal has been expertly formed into the shape of a wonderfully whimsical stylised elephant captured in a seated pose with whopping big ears and trunk held in a joyful upright position. It is near impossible to look at this playful sparkling elephant and not smile.
The thick, quality crystal sparkles with a magnificent clarity, casting exquisite rainbow prisms as light reflects of its stylish curves.

CONDITION: As mentioned above there is a small shallow chip to the elephants left ear where it has unfortunately taken a knock resulting in an internal bruise which is noticeable on close examination when the piece is angled into the light. This damage remains stable and this impressive piece still presents exceptionally well.
MARKS: This piece is beautifully signed with an engraved "Daum France" signature to the lower right.
