The cable floor heating has a wide variety of applications. The primary elements here are the heating cables which are always embedded in the upper cement layer of the floor. On top of this cement layer you can glue the flooring – tiles, marble, carpeting, linoleum and many more. It can be used for dry and humid premises. | CARBON FROOR HEATING |
|
A high technology heating element emitting healthy heating in the infrared spectrum. It is made specially for heating all kinds of wooden and laminate floors. The main difference with the classical floor heating is that the heating element here is used directly under the flooring – without a cement coverage. The main heating elements in the cable heating systems are the heating cables.
We use two kinds of cables which differ in their construction and application.

Regular heating cables – simple and cheap but very reliable cables which we used in our first installation back in 1991. They don't have a metal screen between the two insulation layers. The cables are powered from both ends. They can be used on cement floorings in dry areas.

Zero EMF Heating cables
We are happy to offer to your attention our new heating cables. They are using the latest technologies with two heating conductors made in a such way that they guarantee zero magnetic field. This is required according to all the standards for best healthy and ecological heating. The insulation materials and the heating conductors are designed to work with temperatures twice higher than the current working temperatures. Each cable is separately tested with 2500 V power supply. Calculate the clean area
Calculate the clear area where the heating cable is placed. The clean area on the photo is 43 sq.ft. – the red area.
Important: The maximum heated area for one thermostat at 120 V is 160 sq.ft. and for 240 V it is 300 sq.ft. For bigger areas you need additional thermostats. |

120V or 240 V Cable floor heating system?
This is the question most people from USA and Canada ask. The energy consumption and heating is equal with the two voltages. The difference is in the current through the thermostat. With 240 V the current is twice smaller than 120 V which means that one 16 Amps thermostat can control twice bigger heating system. So for rooms up to 150-160 sq.ft. it doesn't matter what system will you use but for bigger rooms it is better to use 240 V.

Fixing tape
Mounting tape that makes installation easy. It is sold in 25 ft/7.5 m/ rolls. One roll of tape is about 70 sq.ft (6 sq.m). The price of one roll is $10. The fixing tape is included in this auction-FREE!!. |

We use smart WiFi digital programmable multi-functional thermostats. They have both floor and air sensors, degrees in C and F. They are easy to set up and operate in both manual and programmable mode. Easy to control through a phone app and also a simple manual mode. The power supply is 100-240VAC 50/60Hz. The relay contact is 250VAC 16Amps. They can be used in Europe as well as North America. The kit includes a thermostat, a floor sensor, an instructions manual and an installation box for wall installation.
