Payment
For fastest delivery we accept payment via PayPal or credit
card payment by calling us during business hours.
Bank direct deposit is also available. Please use your name & item id as
reference if using Bank Deposit as payment & send us a message so we can
look out for your payment.
Items will be dispatched within the allocated time frame once payment has been
received and will be sent to the address stated on your eBay account unless you
otherwise advise us.
Shipping
We dispatch our products using Australia Post or TNT where
available. Tracking details are uploaded to eBay once available. We endeavor to
dispatch all orders the same or next business day (if ordered outside of
business hours) from when payment is received.
The timeframe for your order in eBay delivery times is an ESTIMATE. Please
allow time for your order to arrive. If you need it quickly, please send us a
message as we may have an EXPRESS option or a closer warehouse.
In some cases, depending on your location, there may be
ADDITIONAL Freight charges. We try to get you the best deal if items are being
sent to regional or remote locations.
PICK UP is available for most items at our SEVILLE store between 8.00am
-4.30pm, BUT please contact us to organize FIRST as items may need to be
brought in from the warehouse. Call us to make pick up arrangements.
Returns
If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable for
your application, you may notify within 30 days us to discuss a return of your
purchase. We will discuss return options with you & any fees that may
be associated with your return.
Return postage costs will be at your expense. Any items
returned may incur a 20% restocking fee. You have a duty to take reasonable
care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back.
If items are received back in a used or damaged state, no
refund will be issued (unless otherwise arranged prior to return)
Warranty return cost will be covered by us BUT if the item
is found to NOT be covered under Warranty i.e.: damage when fitting, misuse
etc. then costs will be paid by the customer.
In most cases our products are a direct replacement or have
instructions on how to fit. We do try & provide as much information as we
can so you can make an informed choice before purchasing. When purchasing
products that are an upgrade or modification & you find they do not fit,
any returns may incur a fee. We always recommend using a professional &
take no responsibility for incorrect fitment or damage.
