Rare vintage 1930s to 1940s red metal “Superkleen Applicator” brush “vulcanized in rubber”. There is a women on the front painting her floors and below says “Stand Up and Paint”. 

On the back it says: 

“Vulcanized In Rubber” “Patent Applied For” “Convenient” and “1. No more kneeling - no more bending. 2. Fits in Corners and Under Ice Boxes. 3. The Practical Way To Paint or Varnish Floors” 

With Stem for holding a wood handle it is 5” high. 

Width is: 6 1/3” 

The bracket for the wood handle has a 3/4” opening. 

* The actual red is hard to capture. It is more red like the last picture, not orange. More of a rich tomato red. 

It is a fun display or decor piece. 

PS. The woman’s hair looks like the 1930s but her shoes look 1940s :-) The graphics are very deco.
