I only ship within the United States.

All colors will be randomly chosen.

I have several colors of ribbon. Each 10 yard bag will have 10 different colors.  

The mixed lot of 1/4", 3/8" and 5/8" will have varied widths of ribbon.

If you need to cancel a order, please fill out a cancel request.  

If an item is damaged, please provide pictures so that the matter can get taken care of quickly.

If you order does not arrive on time, please check with your local post office.  I don't work for the post office and I have no control on what they do.  Once the package leaves my hands, it now up to the post office to deliver it.
