Graniteware Turk’s Head Cake Mold, 8 ¼ inch
diameter, 4 5/8 inches high, unmarked, probably early 1900’s, probably
American, some chips to the enamel along the top rim, chips to the inside of
the mold and along the top of the center stem, wear along the bottom scallops,
chips to the tab holding the hanging ring, nice light gray and white color with
good speckling to the enamel, 17 interior swirls for making a really pretty
cake, this one looks like it saw a lot of use but still is in good condition
considering, the hanging ring makes it a nice kitchen decorative item.
