We process all customers orders within 24-48 hours of receiving payment, during normal business hours.  We ship via USPS or next best alternative, within the Continental United States, for delivery within 2-5 business days depending on your location

If you change your mind and no longer want your order, we will help where possible

If you notify us BEFORE your order is dispatched we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If you notify us AFTER your order is dispatched you will need to return the order to us in new and unused/undamaged condition. The buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping due to change of mind

Refunds are processed once your order is received and inspected at our location, minus associated fees (shipping, 25% restock). Please note, we cannot refund any change of mind orders which return to us in used or damaged condition
