Our door knobs are handcrated. Therefore the colour and designs may vary slightly from the picture and there might be very slight imperfections. All doorknobs measure between 38mm-42mm in size.
Most of the knobs are also hand painted so knobs in the same design might differ slightly but that’s what makes them unique. All the ceramic knobs are fired in kilns in batches so if you purchase at a different time there may also be differences.
Postage and shipping
In order to calculate the postage correctly when purchasing different items please ensure that you click on the 'Add to Basket' button each time. This will ensure all selected products are placed in your basket and the correct postage is calculated. Alternatively, if you are having any problems with the postage calculation then simply send us a 'Payment Request' and we will correct the invoice for you. Postage costs are kept to a minimum to reflect postage and packing and all orders are sent tracked.
Tracking Details are emailed to you on the day of dispatch so you can track your order easily.
