·       Buyers are requested to please select their size according to the mentioned size chart, our jackets are made according to that.

·       Our sizes are not standard UK, US or European sizes so it is important to selected your product according to our mentioned size chart and not what you usually wear domestically. We are always here to help so if you have a question, please let us know and we will help you in selecting the best fit.

·       Selecting the right size is immensely important because replacement shipping charges vary from 12 GBP to 40 GBP depending upon the shipping destination in the world.

·       If the size you have selected doesn't fit you well, there will be replacement charges of 14 GBP for US and Canada and could vary from $29.99 GBP to 49.99 GBP for other destinations of the world so selecting the size wisely is very very important.

·       We are always here to help and will respond in 3 to 12 hours in case you have any query.

·       Refunds due to sizing issue will be issued after deducting shipping charges even if the shipping is set FREE due to a promotion or else.

·       Once again please select the jacket according to our listed size chart to avoid any hassles of returns or exchange.

Most of our jackets are Pre-Sale and if your required size is not in stock, we will make it and ship over to you in no time. Hence the shipping and delivery cycle takes 3 to 7 working days unless there is an exception. Custom made jackets and sizes not in stock are usually shipped from our factory in Asia through reliable DHL and TNT courier to UK, Ireland & Australia and FedEx/DHL to Europe and the North America. Sometimes a jacket could be shipped from within UK or USA through postal services such as Royal Mail or USPS. We also use Collect Plus and My Hermes for domestic UK delivery.

Usually the delivery time for UK shipments is 3 to 5 working days while international delivery may take 7 to 14 working days depending upon the destination to EU or USA.

We ship to the eBay’s confirmed address and buyers are usually required to sign the parcel upon receipt, this is for safety reasons both both or buyers and us. If an item is returned back to us or to the courier's depot for wrong address or buyer's non-acceptance for a reason, buyer will have to pay re-sending/restocking charges and in case of refund, deduction of shipping charges.

Since we use courier, we can only ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses if buyer pays us extra and willing to wait a few more days to receive their item as we have to make arrangements for that, please contact us if you want to use a virtual address for delivery prior to buying our product.

We also request our buyers to let us know their contact number during the checkout process or message as separately as we require that for shipping and delivery purpose only. Your phone numbers are never shared with anyone except the courier company, who what that to contact you prior to delivering a product to your given address.

Our preferred payment method is eBay’s manage payment system, however we may accept other payment methods as well, if you wish to use any other payment mode than eBay’s manage payment system, please contact us prior to buying the item.

Please pay within 2 days of buying the product, Non-paying buyers will be reported to the eBay.

We reserve the right to cancel any offer or issue refund if we believe that the transaction is deemed suspicious or could be harmful in any sense to both buyer and seller.

We have a 30 days returns and refund policy. Items must be sent back in unused condition with all the tags attached.

Unfortunately we cannot replace or accept return of used items Replacement shipping charges are to be paid by the buyer unless we have sent a faulty or significantly not as described item. Refunds due to wrong size selection, did not like the item, change my mind etc, will be issued after deducting shipping amount even if the original shipping is FREE due to any promotion because the shipping is apparently paid by us. Please contact us prior to returning the item.

If your address is in remote area, where DHL do not deliver direct, then you will have to pay extra 20 GBP on top of the Freight cost. We will only get to know when we book with DHL, if DHL confirm remote area we will ask buyers to pay extra cost. They can pay to our PayPal id. )
