Do not click on the "Proceed to checkout" button located at the bottom of "Your eBay Shopping Cart" page.

Once you have clicked on "Request total from seller", a new screen will appear where you can review your order and submit your request for a new invoice reflecting combined shipping discounts. Click on "Commit to buy & submit request" button.

Do not make payment until seller sends the revised invoice.
