PAYMENT

Our products are shipped by SDA or GLS express courier, large appliances with Fercam courier. Delivery will take place only on working days, the courier makes the first delivery without notice.

RETURN

The customer has the right to open an eBay return within 30 days of receiving the goods and GrandinGroup will send the customer the instructions to proceed with the return.
