Introduction
Duck shit Dan Cong is a kind of Fenghuang Dan Cong (Phoenix Dan Cong) that grows in Phoenix County, Phoenix Mountain, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, China. This Oolong tea could date back to Song dynasty and since Qing dynasty, this tea started to be produced in small baches. And that is because each tree has its unique taste so the tea makers have to process each tea tree differently.
Fenghuang Dan Cong Oolong is famous for its naturally fragrances-like aroma, imitating various flowers and fruits, such as orange blossom, orchid, grapefruit, almond, ginger flowers, etc. Although Duck Shit Dan Cong doesn’t have an appealing name, it still attracts numerous tea lovers. After tasting more than 20 Dan Cong cultivars, this Duck Shit is my favourite one. Believe me, it must have a strong reason why this uncommon name stands out from other cultivars. Once you open the tea bag, you can smell the pleasant aroma of dry tea. If you haven’t tried this Duck Shit yet, please give it a try.
