Test Conditions:

The line speed is 10m/s, the instantaneous pneumatic and emergency stop lines are continuous. The tension in the uniform winding state is stable at plus or minus 1%g.

Precautions:

  1. Read the instructions carefully before use.
  2. If the damper wheel is shaken for a long time, the demagnetization should be performed before starting the machine: first adjust the tension to the maximum value clockwis ；Degaussing can be completed by adjusting it counterclockwise to the minimum.
  3. When debugging, first adjust the tension to the required scale position, then adjust the back tension knob so that the tension rod works under the red mark.(slightly below the level)
  4. Reasons why the tension value cannot be adjusted:

             1)The wool felt pre-tightening force is not enough, the wool pressing force should be adjusted

             2) O-ring and wool felt are too dirty, clean or replace in time

        5. During normal operation, the tension can be adjusted from small to large (clockwise), and the tension is inhibited from large to large (counterclockwise), otherwise it will cause disconnection.

       6. The thickness of the wool felt should be replaced by the factory specifications, otherwise the line will not be smooth.
