I have included a picture of myself wearing the jersey. The neck holes measures 6 inches across, and 5 inches down to the point. My normal size is adult men's XL, and this jersey fits me perfectly. Although the sleeve width is pretty large and the sleeve length is down past my elbow a bit when holding the arm out straight.

Someone pointed out that they thought the neck hole looked small. My head is at least average size or larger for my height and weight, and fits through the neck hole easily. I find that more comfortable when the neckline fits snugly around the neck. I would say the neck hole is in correct proportion to the rest of the jersey, and the garment is well made also. It fits me well and is comfortable to wear.
