This is an MDF and wood 1/12th Scale Dolls House Kit from Streets Ahead and comes pre-painted with assembled windows and doors. Walls just need screwing together( or glue as well if desired)

"Orchard Avenue" is a 2 storey house in the "Mock Tudor" style so popular in the mid to late 19th century. It has a hinged roof attic and split front opening with 2 bay windows, interior walls with doors and staircases.
Painted in white with brick  effect "paper"on the lower half, doors and fittings in white.
