This is a rebuilt old stock discontinued OE MOPAR LH front loaded caliper, complete with pads and hardware, part number R5134583AD. This fits Dodge Ram 1500 from 2002 to 2006 with the 4 wheel disc anti lock brakes, and Dodge Durango from 2004 to 2006, but check with your local dealer to be sure it fits your vehicle (there were 3 versions of brakes on these years of 1500s) or send me the last 8 digits of your VIN and I can check compatibility.

A note about quality and terms: OE is Original Equipment - this is any part that comes in the car makers box (Ford, Mopar, Toyota, BMW, etc) and most times may have their logo and part number on the part. What most people don't understand is that the car makers don't make very many (or any) of the parts for their cars - they are made by outside manufacturers (Bosch, Hitachi, etc), which brings me to OEM. OEM is Original Equipment Manufacturer - these are the companies who make the parts for the car manufacturers, the problem is the specification for an OEM part may not even be close to OE. As an example, we had a customer with a Mercedes who didn't want to spend the money for a factory O2 sensor so we bought a Bosch O2 (OEM) sensor and put it on and got another check engine light. It turned out the Mercedes specs for O2 sensors are so small, that an OEM could not get within those specs and would set a check engine light on that car. What this shows is just because it says (or is) OEM does not mean it is good enough to compare to OE, so decide for yourself if OE is worth the extra price.
