The charm is marked 800 and has a maker's stamp.

This charm is highly detailed and makes a beautiful souvenir to celebrate a  vacation.
The hinge and clasp are in good working order.

The charm measures about 3/4 inch wide by over 1/2 inch deep and about 1/2 inch high 
including the integral loop and weighs 6.1 grams. 

The charm is in VERY GOOD vintage condition to my eyes, but enlarge the pictures and you decide
if the condition of the charm meets your expectations.
Remember, this is a vintage item, and as such it is not perfect, it will show signs of age/wear, for example,
surface scratches, patina, enamel loss, fading, crazing, chips to the enamel and more.
