220V connection:
Primary have red,black,red,black four wires,please connect the one red and one black in the middle(the head of the thread need to be insulated)

white and white connect the 6.3V on the board
Blue and blue connect the 170V on the board

110V connection:
The primary have red, black, red, black four wires.
Please connect two red wires together and two black wires together.Then connect 110V,the two groups of wires are in parallel connection.
