1. The guarantee period is 24 months for consumers and 12 months for entrepreneurs and begins at the point in time at which the goods are handed over, as evidenced by an invoice or other documents.

3. The guarantee relates to manufacturing and material defects in the delivered goods. The guarantee does not extend to any consequential damage caused by a defect. Warranty claims cannot be taken into account in the event of damage caused by improper handling, changes made to the goods yourself, non-observance of operating or care instructions, force majeure or environmental influences, as well as natural signs of wear and tear.
4. The guarantee is granted to all customers in Germany and customers within the European Union.

6. The guarantee services are carried out without any charge; they do not result in an extension or a restart of the guarantee period. Replaced parts become our property. The product will be sent back to you free of charge within 14 days.

Please do not send any parcels back to us freight collect. Since June 13, 2014, the uniform right of withdrawal has been in effect for all of Europe. You therefore have to pay for the return. After receiving the goods, we will refund you the money within 14 days using the same payment method as you paid.
