This 100% Cotton Twill Cycling cap is sewn in the 'EURO" cycling cap style. The dome is composed of 4 panels which meet together at the top. The inner sweatband is actually a 5/8" Twill Tape that is sewn all the way around. There is a 3" elastic inside the band at the back. The "mini" visor top and bottom are the same material as the dome and the inner piece is made of RECYCLED Plastic HDP, High Density Polyethylene, not cardboard.
