In package, this is extremely hard to come by. RARE and over 24 years old now. Official WWF belt by Cesar. 

This is made of thin raised plastic mounted on thin vinyl strap and is often seen on TV and in ads as a prop belt. 

This is super hard to come by, especially packaged. Would suggest leaving it that way, as you may not find any more.
