Speaking of Japan's specialty, "Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen"

Hakata Ikkosha's tonkotsu ramen was completed by the owner Yoshimura through trial and error so that many people could eat it.

Since opening in 2004, with the support of local Hakata people

Currently, we are also opening stores overseas, mainly in Asia and the United States.

"Genuine Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen that makes people around the world happy"

We continue to pursue it.

How to make

① "Boil the noodles for 30 to 60 seconds"

Put the noodles in plenty of boiling water and boil them to your liking.

② "Prepare hot water for soup separately"

While boiling the noodles, put the attached soup in the bowl and dissolve it well in 270cc of boiling water.

③ "Drain the noodles quickly"

Drain the boiled noodles well and put them in a bowl of soup.
