METHOD OF PREPARATION

Add Kottu pieces in the packet to 1.5 cups of boiling water (300 ml) and keep for nearly 4 minutes. Drain the excess water retaining some moisture. Heat oil and temper the ground ginger, curry leaves, garlic according to your taste. Add curry powder and the vegetable mix with boiled Kottu pieces. Add salt adequately, mix well and serve hot.
