• 1st 2 free end papers each have 1.25" tear at bottom (see 3rd-to-last image)
• 6 lithographic pages have vertical tears extending from bottom edge...
• ...largest tear is 1.5" ...
• ...tears affect text on 3 pages, but all text is legible (2nd-to-last image)
• Illustrations unaffected by tears
  
• Some pages have smudges/discolorations on/near edges (last image)
• Stains/smudges do not affect illustrations
  
• Overall condition: Good
