For those that are new to this set, it is a VERY RARE set from a time when cards were overproduced.  Topps released these cards only in wax packs to be sent to our troops in Kuwait during Operation Desert Shield.  By the time the cards were produced, the operation was renamed Operation Desert Storm.  So Topps halted production.  It is common belief that there are only around 6000 of each player made.  Given that the top and bottom card of each pack is stained with wax or gum, only around 5200 cards of each player would be left unstained.  Since they were only produced in wax packs, finding cards in top grade condition is extremely rare.  The most coveted card (#333, Chipper Jones) only have 31 PSA 10 in existence!  Compare this to, say Michael Jordan's 1986 Fleer RC (319 PSA 10's), or the $1,000,000 PSA 8 Mickey Mantle card (35 PSA 8's).  

My prices are based on card condition and scarcity.  Card prices that appear too high are either in high demand or in great condition.  These are cards that - IN MY OPINION - should grade at an 8 or better.  I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL GRADER, SO MY OPINION MAY VERY WELL BE WRONG.  ASK FOR PHOTOS SO THAT YOU ARE NOT DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CARD THAT YOU RECEIVE.
