Based on the books The Book of Virtues: A Treasury of Great Moral Stories and The Children's Book of Virtues by William Bennett who served as the Secretary of Education under Ronald Reagan.  Originally aired on PBS and made by Fox Animation, this is a hand-painted background actually used in the show.
