HOW TO APPLY:
1. Apply 1st coat of Phoera magnetic Eyeliner/Gel as your regular eyeliner, and let it dry for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Add a 2nd coat, This is an important step.
3. Please allow 5 to 7 minutes for to become completely dry. Liner must be dry to magnetize to the lash magnets.
4. Starting with the inner corner, gently hold lashes to eye. Lash will jump to the magnetic liner. Place the rest of the lash on liner.
