Our Puzzles either come complete with a
storage box and an image of the completed puzzle on the inside of the lid, or without the storage box.
Please note if you opt for no storage box we will ship your order in an A4 hardback envelope for safe shipping.

Once we receive the order we will get your order processed and sent out in the following time frame :
Monday - Friday- Within 2 Working Days ( Normally Next Working Day)
Weekends - Within 3 Working days ( Normally Monday / Tuesday )
Your order will be sent out using one of the following services:
Boxed Puzzles are sent out in a protective postage box around the storage box to ensure your puzzle is delivered in tip-top condition.
Non-Boxed Puzzles are shipped in a A4 hard back envelope.

Once your order reaches this stage no alterations can be made.
