Cancellations:

We have a one business day shipping policy. If you put the wrong shipping address and need to change, you can cancel your order before it ships, and we will refund you. You can repurchase with the correct shipping address. We cannot modify the address once an order has been placed. 

Sales Tax:

  • An 8.75% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within the state of California.

  • Sales tax is calculated only on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, excluding shipping and other charges.

Returned Terms:

All sales come with Brimes International Inc. backing. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the 30-day period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. However, in the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method 

The following specific terms must be met for returns:

  • For replacement, merchandise must be returned in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.

  • Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.

  • Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means

  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, with the exception of when replacements are not available and for defective items

  • A refund may be issued if replacement is not available

  • All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate 30-day period

Return Procedures:

Please send an email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for thirty (30) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
