Product instructions:
1. Refresh rate Setting
Refresh rate set: 1.0 (refresh data every 1 s) 0.5 (refresh data every 0.5 s),The default refresh rate is 1.0 s.
2. RPM display
When the engine is running, the RPM shown on the meter is the current RPM of the engine.
When the engine shut down, the LCD automatically enters TOT interface from RPM to show the total working time.
3. MAX RPM
The MAX RPM displayed on the meter is the MAXRPM during the current engine operation.
Restart the engine and this time, the MAX RPM will replace the previous MAXRPM which is not the historical maximum RPM.
4. RPM alarm setting
The default value for RPM alerts is 7500, which can be increased or decreased by pressing M or S.
When the currentRPM is greater than the set RPM alarm value, the RPM alarm icon flashes at the same time with the currentRPM value, and the red alarm flashes.
5. Total hours TOT display
When the engine shut down, the LCD interface will be TOT interface, showing the total working time. The value cannot be zeroed even if the battery is replaced.
6. Backlight display mode and duration time
The default backlight duration time is 2 seconds.The backlight duration can be set to LIT-0 seconds, 2 seconds, 4 seconds, 6 seconds. When set to 0 seconds, the green backlight will turn off. When other alarms are triggered, the red backlight will still light up.
7. SVC/SVC2 service time display and Setting.
Countdown of SVC working mode.
Long press the MENUat the SVC/SVC2 interface and enter the SVC/SVC2 time setting . At thistime, the screen flashes. Short press M to reduce time, short press S to add time.
The default time of SVC is 20H, and the setting range is 0-200H
The default time of SVC2 is 50H, adn the setting range of SVC2 is 0-500H.
After setting, the screen will automatically return to the TOT interface, which means that the SVC time setting is successful. When the set SVC time is reached, the screen will light up the red backlight and flash with an alarm.
When the SVC alarm flashes, press SET or MENU to turn off the alarm.
When the SVC alarm is off, the meter will automatically enter the next alarm cycle and the time will be the same as the last setting.
If SVC time is set to 0H, then SVC function is off.
SVC2 logic is the same as SVC, which can be used to calculate the maintenance time of other parts on the equipment, such as air filter element.
8. JOB/JOB2 Timer
Long press MENU at the JOB/JOB2 interface, the JOB/JOB2 time will be cleared.
It is divided into JOB and JOB2, which can be used for two kinds of jobs at the same time. Unlike the SVC countdown, JOB is the positive timing.
9. Low power display, and memory function
Battery level is shown as follows:
When the battery is about to run out of power, the battery icon will flash to remind you to replace the battery, and the previous data will be recorded after the battery is replaced.
When the battery is out of power, the data saved at the last moment will be saved. If the battery is replaced, the data will not be lost.
10. Battery is replaceable
Generally battery life is 1 to 2 years, depending on the comprehensive use and the selected backlight duration. The battery is CR2450 3V button cell, and the battery door can be replaced by rotating it,
11. Auto sleep function
When the engine is not working or no signal comes in, after 30 minutes the screen will automatically turn off to save power. When receiving the engine working signal, it will automatically start the display without pressing buttons, or press any button to activate it in the state of no signal.
