1. Purpose of electric screwdriver torque tester

1. The digital torque tester is a precision instrument for detecting, testing and calibrating various torques;
2. It is used to measure and calibrate the torque and torque setting status of various electric screwdrivers, wind screwdrivers, torque screwdrivers, and torque wrenches;

3. Product description of electric batch torque tester

(1) Panel description and operation:

1. [POWER] button: Power switch.

2. [PESET] key: Reset to zero key.

3. [UNIT] key: measurement unit conversion key, press this key to set the measurement unit, and the corresponding indicator light is on kgf.cm- lbf.in-N.m.

4. [MODE] key: Measurement mode key, press this key to select [PEAK] peak value and [TRACK] follow value, and the corresponding indicator light will be on.

5. [SET] key: The setting key should be used in conjunction with various function keys, such as [▲ ], [▼] and other keys.

6. [PRINT] key: can be connected to a micro printer to output and print.

 

(2) Function setting:

1. Alarm value setting

Press and hold the [SET] key, SET appears in the secondary display area of the display. Among them, you can press the [▲] key to adjust the addend, and press the [▼] key to adjust the decrement to set the alarm value. After setting, press "SET" to save, and enter the no-operation shutdown time adjustment at the same time.

2. Automatic shutdown time adjustment (into no-operation shutdown time adjustment)

After pressing and holding the [SET] key for a second time, P.OF appears in the secondary display area of the display, and the no-operation shutdown time is set. Among them, you can press the [▲] key to adjust the plus time, and press the [▼] key to adjust the minus time. The time is between 00-60.

 

(Iii) Storage and averaging:

1. Press [MEMORY] key: Memory storage setting key, at this time "AVERAGE" on the screen disappears, and it enters the storage state. In the storage state, you can press "CLR" to delete before storage.

2. In the display on the left side of the screen, point to ①, and the uppermost sub-display area is 0.0.

3. Before measuring, press "RESET" to reset to zero, test a torque value, press "RESET"

To save, point to ② in the display at this time, and tick √ next to ①, indicating that a value is stored in ①, and so on, can be stored from ② to ⑩, and can be entered with [▲ ], [▼] View the stored value. When you are not satisfied with the value, point to this value, test a value, and press "RESET" to enter it instead.

After the test value is stored, you can enter the average value, press "MEMORY", the screen displays "AVERAGE" at this time, and exits the storage state at the same time, and the secondary display area displays the average value.

 

(Iv) Printout

    For this function, you need to choose whether to connect to a computer. If you need to connect to a computer, you can test the on-site trend graph, analyze the maximum and minimum values, and print out.

Note: 1) Enter [MEMORY] in [PEAK] measurement mode

If it is not in the "MEMORY" state, the [CLR] key does not work.
