UNDERDOG #2 (CHARLTON 1970).  2nd appearance of Underdog in comics (First Series).  Artwork by FRANK JOHNSON.  This book is "hard-to-find".  FAIR-GOOD (1.5) condition.

This is a complete but low-grade copy with good color.  There is wear along the spine with a 1 1/2" split at the bottom.  Both staples tightly bind the cover and all interior pages (centerfold photo provided).  The cover shows scattered creasing and there is a 2 1/2" tear at the lower left that is taped on the inside cover (see photo).  Despite these troubles, the comic is fully readable and represents a nice reader/filler copy of a very difficult to find book. The interior pages look white to off-white.
