Item has been used and is missing some pieces including a wheel. Some pieces are broken. The plastic wire which was once connecting pieces is gone. The one is currently attached but given the fragility of it I would consider it not ther as well because I feel like the slightest touch will break it. Plastic once connecting the hand to the silver backing is broken as well. Item is pretty fragile so as such may be in worse shape than pictured here though it would certainly not be with intent or intent to mislead you, just a fragile item. I will ship in a box in some sort of bubble wrap or similar alternative. Item should be used for play or parts. The silver parts have some marking of some kind on it as well. No accessories are included. Some of the pieces are missing or broken.
