Welcome to the sale of my beloved Spanish finca which I’ve owned for the last 7 years.

Located 5km from the small village of Maella in Aragon about 10km from the border with Catalonia

It consists of just over forty acres spread over four valleys being terraced from the bottom to top of the valleys. In full production of Almonds and Olives.

There is a two story house measuring 10m x 5m it has just had a new roof complete with 1m x 1m velux roof window.. the house is live-able but will need the first floor beams replacing before continuing with the renovations. There is a small kitchen with a stainless four burner hob, reasonably new hotpoint washing machine: there is a small gas boiler for hot water during the summer and homemade central heating fired from the back boiler on the log burner, this heats six radiators and 250 litres of water in an insulated tank for washing and bathing.

There is an off grid water system comprising of two 3000l tanks further up the property and piped to the house, the elevation provides enough pressure for the taps and showering. The water is piped to the house, the poly tunnel and the workshop area. There is also a reverse osmosis unit in the kitchen for providing drinking water.

There is also another house/barn about 25m from the main house.. this is in ruins and will need rebuilding.

There is a 20ft insulated portacabin complete with flushing loo, log burner and bed which I’ve used as guest accommodation. This has its own 2500 litre water tank.

1989 4 litre Diesel Bedford MJ Military Truck with hiab crane.

Will need a little tlc as the starter is a bit iffy but runs and drives fine.

It comes with a 3000 litre tank and a 3” Honda water pump for collecting water from the irrigation duct at the edge of the property to fill the house tanks.

1999 Toyota Land Cruiser Colorado 3 litre diesel.

Starts runs and drives fine. Has a two inch suspension lift and mud tyres.
